“Beautiful, quiet, little hotel, with wonderful staff.”
This hotel was a lovely surprise, set back from the main street. The whole place was very calming in how it has been decorated & the room I was in was huge & equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast each morning was also lovely. The staff at the hotel were also super friendly & helpful & a huge shout-out to Noon & Gina for looking after me, when I came down with food poisoning. It was very much appreciated.

“A peaceful and comfortable stay with wonderful staff”
A peaceful, charming hotel in a great location. The staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel very welcome. We arrived a couple of hours early and were kindly offered an early check-in, which we really appreciated.

Gina was very helpful and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect - close to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

“nice stay for a few days”
Great staff with complimentary food and drinks before check in. It was a lovely little apartment, with a small terrace, quiet location with a sofa and tv too. room was clean and staff came regularly to clean it.

“Amazing stay”
Very welcoming and supportive staff. Breakfast was always delicious including some nice surprise from Thai cousine. I spent there 8 nights and would recommend this place, just a few steps from amazing beach.

I absolutely loved my stay at Momento Bangtao! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they were always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect and that I had everything I needed and more! The location of the property is super convenient and it’s very nice and has a sleek finish. The terrace above the rooms was incredible and a nice spot where you can eat, rest and just chill out. The rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfortable, it has an aircon and a fan in the room to ensure that you don’t overheat. Overall my stay was absolutely amazing and the hosts have great attention to detail and are also very accommodating and kind. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

“Comfortable hotel, well located, quiet, friendly staff.”
We had a really nice stay at the momento. The staff are friendly and courteous and provided everything we needed including arranging early breakfasts. The rooms are clean, well decorated and comfortable. The breakfasts were particularly good, probably the best we've had while staying in hotels over the last couple of years. It's two minutes walk from the beach and much quieter than the other resorts which is good for us.

Excellent little place to stay! Lovely location close to both Bangtao and Surin beach! Gina and others are very accommodating and always there to help if needed..even sorted a tour to the Phi Phi islands for me! Would stay again 100%, the breakfast is excellent, no complaints!

Friendly staff and always ready to help with my questions or anything that can make my stay better. I appreciated that there was HBO aside from Netflix in the room! My favourite part was the comfortable bed and pillows though. I was well rested every night, so much so that I always woke up late and missed breakfast lol. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Momento Bangtao and will recommend to anyone!
