“Great stay, easy location and great people.”
The hotel is easy to find, get in and out of through the lobby to my floor. Very accessible, open and bright. The staff were all so lovely, check-in, restaurant and housekeeping. I liked that I had a balcony with bushes on the front, as a solo female travelling on her own, I didn’t want people to see me from the road.

“GOOD”
There was a free shuttle bus that drove to the beach and to the city center. Friendly staff, great interior and good breakfast. 2 rooftop pools that don't get too crowded, there is also some shade on the rooftop.

“Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a good location”
The location for the Phuket marathon, it is walking distance to the start. Nice rooms, and the pool area on the roof is great. Easy to walk into the area where all the restaurants are, and the hotel does have a shuttle if you don’t want to walk.

The staff and facilities were very good. Staff especially are so kind and helpful. Very nice part of Phuket, a bit more rich area so except to pay a bit more everywhere. Really nice market near by on the weekend.

“A good quality hotel with great staff in the dining room, who always had time for a friendly chat”
The breakfast was great. Every morning there was a different curry or stew to choose from, plus, the fried eggs were made to order and not mass fried and left to go cold.
