“Comfortable stay, amazing location close to amenities. Will definitely book to stay here again.”
Great location close to amenities, parking for car. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely view of the lake and the sea. Pool is baby friendly with shallow areas. Can walk to small ferry boat which takes you across the lake to the beach. The washing machine was great and plenty of space for the whole family in the apartment. Has all crockery and cutlery and glassware but you will need to buy cleaning liquid etc.

Residences are self-catering! Breakfast at Cassia Hotel was quite expensive so we bought our own food & just ate out at dinner time! Prior to this we stayed 5 nights in Residence 1 which was not very comfortable. This unit in Residence 2 lived up to the photos as shown on line. The bed was more comfortable & we felt very relaxed for our stay. Laguna Property Management staff were delightful to deal with.

Location was good with view of the lagoon! Residences are self-catering & Cassia Hotel breakfasts are quite expensive, so we provided for ourselves & just went out for dinner.

“Lagoon view apartment”
The apartment is modern and clean with a lagoon view. The property has free shuttle boat to the beach. There are dedicated sunbeds and umbrellas between the trees, which gives a nice shade to chill. There are also shuttles within the Laguna and to the Boat Avenue. There is a supermarket nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped. The check in and out is easy.

“Would stay there again next time we're in Phuket”
Loved the location of Cassia residences, especially the proximity to the laguna ferries. The apartments itself was very well proportioned and comfortable for our family of four. The apartment was great value for money also.

We got two keys upon check-in. We accidentally met the Cassia residence staff at the front desk of Cassia hotel around 17:30 hrs. My mother said she liked the room and rated the stay for 8/10

The location is amazing - so close to the beach - either a short walk or by ferry across the lagoon. The inside of the apartment is very spacious - especially as there just two of us. Beautifully set out - large flat screen TV, light and bright with lovely views across the swimming pool to the lagoon.

“Very comfortable apartment with easy access to beach by water ferry”
Despite the apartment not being on the beach it was surprisingly easy to get to by using the free water ferry behind Cassia Hotel. Apartment was comfortable, modern, clean with good aircon system.
