“Convenient, very affordable, comfortable, well-organised.”
This half of the property (another is next door) has a small private grass area good for sunbathing. The area is quiet and close to everything by bike or car. The property is simple but sufficient, clean, airy and spaceous. The price was exceptional compared to everything else. Communications with the owner are OK and sufficient; arrival instructions were very straight forward. Best aircon I have had in Thailand. Great wifi. Parking within the property is possible with a small car and a bit of careful reversing, otherwise, onstreet there's plenty and it's not at all busy.

The house is in a nice area, lots of locals around. Felt safe. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Very nice room and great host. Mrs. Aree is very kind and openhearted person. She speaks decent english and was very helpful during my stay
