“Very relaxing place to stay & unwind.”
The room was spacious overlooking the pool & sea with extra large balcony with a bath on it. Nice bathroom with large shower. The staff both in the Bar & restaurant were really friendly.

“A very good hotel for ones who love quiet place, stay stylish in Bangsaray”
- The hotel is located in quiet area, no horning sound from traffic, the entire stay we only hear the sound of wave ( and wind at night , and rain for some hours)., that’s so peaceful. You’ve got 100/ 10!! - The room size is great, the comfort bed gives us really well sleep. - Breakfast line is not too large, not too small, it offers everything we want, especially tasty thai curry. - Internet works well - Very helpful staff all over the hotel. - Beautiful and stylish lobby, very unique. - Parking space under the roof. - Well known ( in instagram/internet search) Cafes & local restaurants nearby, just few mins by foot. Overall experience we had, with the price we booked, a Duplex incl. Breakfast for 2, it is worth the money.

Excellent variety and quality of food at breakfast. The staff - reception and restaurants and general staff are amazing. Go out of their way to accomodate your wishes. Example if you like a particular food they will try and get it for you and if you like a particular food at breakfast, you will be asked ea morning whether you would like it. And it will be delivered to your table.

1)Towels are old enough to change. And bedsheets are dirty and grimy. 2)Last day of stay no hot water and water is running slow. Call reception, no answer, and need to go down and look for them. 3) The glass door is loose( you should get it fixed), not for guess to find out. Call reception, no answer(after the next day, staff teaches me what to do), and the air-con is off for the first night stay. Only survive with fan. 4) With this price, i believe i can get a much better room in pattaya. Disappointing holiday.

We had the pool to ourselves most of the stay, the staff was amazing, apart from one of the receptionist who checked us in, we had a nightmare checking in, this was to do with miscommunication on the hotels part, but was all good in the end. The staff in the restaurant and behind the bar were outstanding

Breakfast buffet. Seaview. Swimming pool. Big and well functioning bathroom. Very attentive and friendly staff. Well spoken English. Surprise HBD cake at breakfast. Quiet surroundings. Free bikes. Utmost happy during my 70th birthday stay. Kept Bangsaray is simply fabulous!

“Nice, slightly overpriced, a bit off the beaten track. Some shortcomings in logistics and menu.”
Situated at the end of quiet and "private" soi with little traffic. Nice Property - but a little bit outdated. Nice layout of lobby and front desk that opens up for nice walk out to seaside/bar/restaurant. Very nice and helpful staff on all stations. Very nice view of sea and pool from (one of the more expensive) room on 3rd floor. (If choosing the more pricy rooms there is access to either jacuzzi or private small pool - with Seaview - on the terrace/balcony ;-)) Mini bar with beer and soft drinks in room. (drinks in minibar in room a cheaper than at restaurant and bar downstairs!) Many pillows in room. For sleeping one gigantic and one good ;-) Could choose fan in ceiling as substitute for air con. If buffet breakfast is up, it is quite generous! Balcony with nice Seaview.
