I like the room, the shower is spacious and comes with soap, conditioner, shampoo, beds are not noisy. The kitchen is clean and well furnished!!!

Bed was super comfy with the curtains, great touch for some privacy! Breakfast was great with lots of variety and I was also able to rent bear spray from front desk which was awesome.

OK if you are on a tight budget.

The location is great, on the main strip. There is a front desk staffed with decent hours. There is a bar in the lobby which is convenient.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

From the minute I arrived, the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The washrooms were very clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable ( for a bunk bed). They had a free breakfast (which I didn't know was included). Which had a variety for every person's diet needs.

Breakfast was kinda super simple, essentially just pastries and coffee, but at the price point, you can't complain; it was pretty good.

Close to downtown and bus stops.

It’s right on Banff avenue and really good breakfast which is included in the room price. Really value for the money.

The staff were so friendly and helpful from tips on walks to helping me break my lock off my locker when I lost my key. Was in the heart of downtown, easy walk from trail and fairmont. Small but well equipped kitchen, great shower in my dorm.

Breakfast was amazing and they’ve launched a new menu in the restaurant/bar - the chicken burger is unreal. All the food is delicious ! Slept well, and staff were lovely!

Loved the Beaver Bar! So fun to have a bar inside a hostel, the nightly activities were great and I made loads of friends!! Staff were pretty awesome too and my bed was really comfortable and cosy.

I loved the location the staff and the breakfast. It was noisy until 11 pm. But that is to be expected in a hostel the sound of people having fun was enjoyable to hear

Breakfast buffet has been terrific, there was a wide range of food to choose from. The location of the hostel in Banff is very convenient in a great walkable distance. The facilities were clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful with travel recommendations.

For 14 bets was only one washroom and the clean no was good
