The location was good right in the middle of downtown Banff and easy to get around to the shops, we arrived late on the Rocky Mountaineer and it was easy to check in

“Good hotel at the heart of Banff”
Very central location and nice hotel with friendly staff and beautiful views. If you arrive to Banff with a bus, you can't pick a more convenient hotel. Also public bus to eg. sulphur mountain runs right at the front.

The location is in a great location on Banff Avenue. Very close to all of the restaurants and bars. I loved the hot tubs on the roof, they were really hot and had a beautiful view.

“Wonderful hotel in the centre of Banff”
Good size room with very comfy beds. Lovely bathroom. Hot tub on the roof was great and had wonderful views of the town and the mountains. Excellent location in the centre of Banff. Was able to get a parking spot easily in November.

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of downtown Banff. So close to everything - shops, restaurants, bus stop. The lounge and spa pool are nice amenities too.
