I love staying here, would definitely come back! The place is cute and cosy, the location is perfect, the breakfast was always big and delicious, and Karin is such an awesome host! Can’t recommend enough!

Nothing, especially hated the staff. She promised us to stick to her word and said she would refund us the one night we didn't stay and after we left after she assured us that she would pay us back stabbed us in the back.

Incredible hospitality - loved the chats over daily breakfast. Karen was very flexible throughout our stay and was helpful with providing tips on activities to do during our winter stay. Incredible location in the centre of town and easy access to supermarket if you don't feel like eating out. I was mostly skiing so the shuttle stop was a easy 2minute walk around the corner. The house had consistent heating which meant you were always warm and dry. Large bathroom to store your ski gear when you were not using it. Had 24/7 access to tea, coffee and hot chocolates and upstairs has a hot water boiler and water filter for you to access as desired.

The B & B is perfectly situated in town for transport and shops, and it's well-equipped for the traveller's comfort. Management and staff could not have been more charming and helpful. Breakfast was beautifully presented, with an array of food to suit everyone's taste. I enjoyed a very comfortable stay here and was particularly touched when the manager offered me a lift to the bus station when I left, amid snow-covered streets. Beautiful to look at, but not so easy to walk through. Banff and surroundings - Lake Louise - are stunning.

The reviews here are true to its word. A lovely and comfortable lodge. Good selection of breakfast. Coffee was always available. Great location within the town, all shops within walking distance. There is also a nearby supermarket. Our host, Karin, was very accomodating and helpful. She gave wonderful recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try. She also comes along with her sweet puppy, Molly. The place has limited rooms so I'd like to think it was pure luck we got to secure this booking. Would definitely love to come back and stay here.

Excellent location for walking everywhere in downtown Banff. Free, onsite parking. Karen is very welcoming and offers her excellent knowledge and many suggestions for things to do. Wonderful breakfast, very clean room and bathroom. Superb value for the money.

We had a wonderful stay in Banff. A very comfortable place in a small mountain town. It feels like we are living in a hotel, but the comfort is like living at home. The impressive authentic interior, private bathroom - one of the biggest advantages. Everything is clean and harmonious. The communication of the hosts is warm, helpful. A hearty, simple breakfast. Friendly dog. True, the apartments are located on the side of the main street, so if you want to go to bed early, you won't be able to, because it is quite noisy. Even at night, when restaurants and bars are closed, we still heard people's noise every night, and there is also a train running through this town, which emits very loud signals both during the day and late at night - it always wakes you up. However, all the pluses of our apartment outweighed these environmental disturbances. We 100% recommend staying in this house. Apart from the many tourists around (which we were), we enjoyed the views of the town and used its excellent public transportation, which allowed us to reach all the most amazing places found near Banff.

From providing a home cooked breakfast to advising local places to visit she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The location was central and walkable to everywhere. We will definitely be back.

A retro property with antiques and a few quirks. Great breakfast included. Free parking. We loved it. Fantastic location just around the corner from Bear Street. Karen was a very welcoming and helpful host. Great value for Banff.
