Great location. Really good facilities, the breakfast/food area, lounge, outside and laundry was so useful. Also back entrance and ability to park on the street.

“Lovely hotel”
A seriously nice hotel and the room ample big enough. Comfortable beds and almost all that you need (see my negative comments). Breakfast was lovely and hot too! Provision of fitness room, hot tubs and cold plunge and sauna all added to a positive rating. They even provided s'mores on an evening! For us being placed at the quieter end of town was ideal, even though it meant a long walk or short drive in for anything we wanted. The option of parking in the back street was absolutely fine cos it was free. Maybe an issue finding a space in summer but out of season it saves $19 a night to park in the hotel underground spaces.

“A great place to stay in Banff.”
I loved this hotel. Nice, friendly, charming, great rooms, cosy bathroom, great hot tubs with a Mountain View, free parking in the street behind the hotel. Many restaurants a short walk down the road as this hotel is close to one end of town. We ate in Chilis, Old Spaghetti Factory, The Keg, and had flatbreads in the hotel, all of which were great. Nice toiletries to use, hot, cold & ambient water machines around to use. The gym is small but very good. Overall a great stay. Don’t forget your park pass!

“Best nights accomodation I’ve ever had and I have travelled around the world”
Unbelievable customer service-we were treated like family by the staff especially mignon who upgraded our room to a huge apartment and then helped us with tickets to get the bus to the gondola. Just amazing kindness and generosity. Loved all the features and we will be coming back and making sure all our friends know about this place.

The wellness area is too small—only two jacuzzis and a small dry sauna. It would be great if there were more saunas, such as a Turkish or Finnish one. And then, there are only two jacuzzis, which were occupied by children all day long. It’s also clearly stated that bringing drinks and food near the jacuzzi is prohibited. Of course, the kids didn’t respect this, nor did they respect other guests’ time, and on several occasions, cans of alcohol ended up in the jacuzzi. Also, breakfast is included, but there are no other meal options available (no half board or full board at all)
