I'm really impressed by the good services and the hospitality of the staff who manage this very nice place. The staff - all the personell - are very kind, hospitable, and helpful. This was felt since we booked this place, as the Mr. Gugun Gunawan reached out to me via WhatsApp, confirming the booking, providing the essential information, such as the exact location and the Wi-Fi password, and following up with us on our way. He was so kind to assist us on the way, as we wanted to double check the address, and he was waiting for us at the main entrance, receiving us with kindness, which let us feel very comfortable since the first moment. - I also would like to appreciate the cleanness of the place and the measures taken to keep the place clean, and covering the breaakfast food on the table before they used to come to knock on our room gently informing us that the breakfast has been ready. Note: They used to ask us the night before what time would we like to have our breakfast, so they get it prepared the next morning. - I also like that they equipped the bed with a net above it to protect the guests from bugs. You're in the heart of nature, and you should expect bugs to be there! - I'm also impressed by their generosity. We asked them to rent us a motorbike to go to a near place, which is a nice place for hiking and picnicking. They gave us the motorbike, and at the end of our stay, they waived the rent fee for that. - All the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. For all of the good things that they offered, I felt grateful, and I owe them this good review that is well deserved. All the best!

“Green break in the heights of Bandung”

Gugun is the host, he gave all instructions by watsap to safely reach the place. It is a kind of family lodge in the heights of Bandung. The room directly opens to nature so that you can stay open doors. Room is spacious with balcony, nicely old fashioned traditional designed. Really a delicious place. A kitchen is nearby for hot drinks and water. Wifi, hot water work good. No need for air cond. You can enjoy home made affordable food and Gugun can tell any activity you want. A wonderful break out of the city.

A truly unique and unforgettable experience! Staying in the semi-open room right in the heart of nature was absolutely amazing. The service and dinner were so lovely and kind throughout my entire stay. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

This is one of the most special places I've ever stayed in my life. I had the poolside room and could just walk out the door and straight into the absolutely perfect pool. Gugun and Pipit and the other staff were amazing and so helpful. Pipit cooked beautiful food. The view and surroundings are incredible. I got two massages in the three days I was there. I didn't want to leave.

Amazing stay, we had a beautiful view and the staff were super accomodating to allow us to extend our stay. Breakfast options were tasty, and the properties history was interesting. While it's a little ways away from the city, it's well worth the stay.

I liked everything about this place, the room was beautiful, I booked the Toproof room and was amazed with the room and the grand terrace with jacuzzi. The breakfast you choose from a menu and Gugun our host will make sure you get what you ask for. Gugun is just amazing helping you with everything you need, tours, transfers you name it is a 5 star men. You can have dinner at the hotel and the food is yummy. The pool is fantastic and the gardens beautiful. I will not hesitate to stay here again if will be back in Bandung again...Excellent.
