Prime Location, comfortable bed, breakfast is nice, and staff are nice. It's actually first time I arrived in a hotel that I could sleep really well during my stay in Bandung. So, I really like it here.

“Good to return to for work trips.”
I've stayed here before and am glad to return. The hotel meets most of my needs for my travel purpose. Breakfast spread was very good and good value for money. Booking.com customer service never replied a verification about whether or not a payment request was legitimate, but hotel staff was more than assuring that this was indeed legitimate. Customer service is top. I especially love that the hotel has switched to glass jugs with a water dispenser on the corridor, and not used single use plastics.
