The services from all staff, start from reception miss. Nasywa and mr Leo are top notch. Breakfast also nice with variety . My family loves the crispy Dori fish and sop daging. Coffee also good

“Recommended”
The staff was wonderful, easygoing and very guest-orriented, they even remembered my name which is a plus point. The facilities were also okay, and having a cafe in the front building was perfect. It is a nice place to chit chat with a few people. Price wise, it was a good value of money spend. Recommended!

I had best experience when checked in at the hotel. The receptionist staff was very friendly and working fast. I requested to be notified by whatsapp when my room was ready (I arrived at the hotel few hours before check in time at 14.00), and the hotel really sent me message by 13.00 when the room was ready. Room was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great too - the hotel offered may options of dishes.

“The best hotel I ever stay in Bandung”
Huge spread of breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Leo and friends very attentive to customer need. We were offered special custom made breakfast which very delicious. Thanks for making our stay memorable. We definitely will stay here again.

The high rating is purely due to the wonder staff we encountered. We would like to thank Leo & Niwan for their service at breakfast and also taking the time for us to try some local drinks. And secondly, Calvin. Thank you so much! You went above and beyond. Thanks for arranging breakfast for us to take with us during our long train ride the next day, even when the front office wanted to charge us an additional 500,000 idr even though we had breakfast included in our room rate.
