Very modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly, and tried their best to accommodate all my needs. The free wifi is very fast and I experienced minimal issues. The walls are very soundproof, we barely heard sound from outside our room. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets every day. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety to choose from. When I ordered food to the hotel, the staff were helpful with taking delivery while I came downstairs. It’s in a nice location right in the middle of the city, not far from the toll. The pickup area outside is very convenient. There’s also a small shop next door to the hotel to buy anything you may need. Overall a fantastic experience and incredible value for money. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Bandung, and will recommend to others

“Excellent stay in Bandung”
Room: clean and comfy bed with plushy pillows. Comes with fridge and a safety box. Room sandals are provided Bathroom: spacious Breakfast: marvellous with multiple choices of food to choose from, sumptuous taste (both local and western) Staff: super friendly with great hospitality shown throughout our stay Location: have minimart next door, multiple eating places available all walking distance Pricing: worth every penny we paid

I stayed at 2 bedroom suite. The room was very comfortable but during daytime, the room was hot even I full blasted the aircon to the lowest. The staffs were extremely polite and their service were v prompt. Overall, this hotel is awesome. Will come back next time.

Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the warm hospitality. From the minute you arrive, every staffs smile & greeted us. Rooms was clean, hotel is located centrally and walking distance to shops and nearby mall. It's a pretty good deal overall.
