Every morning there was a terrible sound of water pulling motors. We had to ask the staff to avail the facilities otherwise we didn't get it. Staffs were unaware about the rooms, how large or how many beds were ordered. Location was shown in the website-Near sadar but actually was far from the city. The staffs came to spray the mosquito repellent at late night while we were at deep sleep. That disturbed us too much.

Paid extra TK.1,000 rent because a broker from Booking.com received TK.1,000 as advance. The actual rent for 2 nights was TK.2600/- But i paid TK.3600/-
