I didn't like it because their service was very very bad. I suggest you to not maintain partnership with this non professional hotel and immediately closed business. They will decrease your branding value.

The media man of Booking.com is a bullshit man.I have booked the hotel on 10.03.22. somebody called me and told to send money to him.I sent money on 12.03.22 and he told he received money.on 16.03.22 he again called and asked me am I cancel the booking.I told why.already I paid.After sometime he called again and told to come on due date.After came to the reception hotel staff told Just yesterday that man informed them to book.after that they somehow managed room. They provided a room at the top floor. Qhen I refused to stay at the top floor with my family the man who took money as advance he called me by phone and misbehave with me.he told what ever they provided I have to stay. I should not any choice and it is the rules.after that I requested for a new room and I took a room with high price what is more then my booking.I had no choice cause I went with my family. During booking I know breakfast is included but they did not provided anything.Also restaurent was very dirty. Poor service
