We had a wonderful stay at Ovitiyas Bandarawela. It's a nice and calm place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The staff (Pasindu and Chamara) and were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We booked the Bed & Breakfast (BB) option and were very pleased with the room arrangement – it was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Overall, a great experience and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Bandarawela!

“Charming Hilltop Retreat at Ovitiyas Bandarawela – A Serene Getaway”
Located atop Bandarawela town, Ovitiyas offers a peaceful escape with breathtaking views. The hotel is clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. However, as a tip for future visitors, be aware that the rooms do not have A/C or fans, and it can get a bit warm both during the day and night.

“Not a good experience. Will not recommend to anyone.”
Only one person as staff available in the property. He was the cleaner and the cook and security person all in one. Could not manage to give breakfast to four people in the morning. The actual cook did not turn up. We had to help ourselves in the kitchen.

“A quite and clean place”
We had a good time in Ovitiyas. It’s just that we could stay there only for a day as the bookings were full. Special mention to Mr. Pasidhu who was very helpful and kind. The home stay was in a quiet neighborhood and near to the town.
