"The Serandib Hill Hotel is a wonderful place to stay, conveniently situated in the heart of the city. The rooms are very clean, and the washrooms are excellent, with hot water that is perfect for the weather. I had a great stay. The property manager, Mr. Raja, was incredibly helpful; he organized my meals quickly and provided delicious Ceylon milk tea whenever I wanted. My thanks to Mr. Raja and the hotel!"

Location is perfect! So close to the beach and shops. Prema, our host was so lovely she was like a mother away from home. She took care of us and checked in on us regularly as well as making a delicious brekkie that I won’t forget. The rooms are cozy and comfy but the best part about the stay was Prema. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this lovely house and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and all amenities were in perfect working order. Raja was incredibly friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.

Very friendly staff. Very good location. Very much hot water. Excellent. I received extra blankets for the cold night. Upon arrival, the cleanliness was good. I asked to improve the cleanliness and the staff then made an extra effort to perfectly clean. Then I was very happy with German cleanliness standard. Thank you.
