I booked this Room , but when I arrived with my family, the person in charge told me there was no room available. This was only informed after I reached the location, which caused us a lot of inconvenience and disappointment. We had to return without staying, even though we had a confirmed booking. I am very upset with this experience and request Booking.com to take appropriate action.

“Nightmare”
In my experience, this is one of the worst places. Even though I booked the place looking at the pictures, on my arrival I decided not to stay at this property after seeing it in reality.
