Clean and presentable accommodation in quiet location. Easy walk to central BSB. Decent breakfast. Free airport shuttles. Very friendly staff.

They have the free airport pickup/ drop off service, which is very handy. The receptionist is very helpful and all staff friendly. I joined in their city tour for $5 and viewed the major spots. It’s a perfect transit day for a short stay.

Clean property. The city tour is of good value at BR$5 per person for half a day. The driver even took us to a nature park, above and beyond the tour menu. The staff are extremely kind, friendly and helpful, typical of Brunei people.

“Basic hotel, fine for an overnight layover - reconfirm your shuttle pickup before arrival”

When we finally got to the hotel due to shuttle issues, the room was basic but comfortable. The hotel was walking distance to the city and waterfront. Breakfast was basic but fine. The shuttle back to the airport was perfect.

All good, particularly they provide a service-pick up and drop off to the airport. The driver is very nice person and look after every customer. Reception people also very nice.to answer your questions. The morning meal suits people coming from different countries.

We were able to get a two bedroom suite, keeping the family together during our layover in Brunei. I liked this option much better than two separate hotel rooms. The buffet breakfast was better than I expected after reading other reviews.

The pictures of the hotel on booking.com are much nicer than it looks in reality Breakfast was really bad - toast, marmelade, noodles and French fries There was a dirty T-shirt from a previous guest in the extra bed

It is a very standard hotel, but considering the price and the location in Brunei, it represents an excellent option. The rooms are clean, the location is within walking distance of the city center, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The airport pick-up and drop-off services are particularly convenient. That said, it would be a good time to consider some general maintenance improvements to the property.

The staff were friendly, hospitable and accomodating. The free airport shuttle to and from the hotel is an amazing service, especially if you're only after a one night stay because of overnight transit in Brunei and don't want to look around Brunei. I requested shuttle service but wasn't aware that I needed to fill in a further Google form within 24 hrs of the service, but despite this the hotel and the staff very kindly accomodated my pickup request. The bathroom was clean enough. Far better than just camping overnight in the departure hall.
