“Group friendly apartment close to city center”

We stayed one night because it was close to our run event the apartment style room was spacious and practical, with 4 single s beds, a large living room, and a kitchen equipped with a stove,oven ,fridge and water heater jug. It was convenient for a short stay. The only downside was that there was no phone in the room, so any request has to be made directly at the reception counter in the lobby.while the facilities are a bit dates,everything was clean and functional. Overall, its a good option for groups or travelers who value space and location over modern design. The staff is okay and helpful too.

“Great location and friendly helpful staff”

This is a very central location to most tourist attractions in BSB and super easy to find. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has daily room service. We were welcomed warmly by the friendly receptionist who kindly helped us orientate to BSB and get the most out of our time here. Our room was spacious with a huge window and view. Very pleased with everything here. We highly recommend this hotel as an affordable, hospitable, comfortable option.

The location is central, the staff very friendly and helpful. There is a big fridge in the room and a/c. The bed was very comfy. I wish I knew that they also offered a free shuttle to the bus station at Gadong night market. On the bus I met 2 people who used it, whereas I waited a long time to get a Dart and almost missed the bus.

Location, upgrade room when my air-conditioning was not working in my first room. One of the receptionist was excellent, above the standards. Towels and linen were clean.

Everything was good, enjoyed my 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful! The airport transfer service was a real life saver!

Free Airport-Shuttle is a big plus. Otherwise I decent business hotel. Breakfast is prepared from a cafe/restaurant in the same building. You can choose directly from the menu. Location is great, most sights can be accessed by walking.
