“Horrible- Avoid at all cost”
Appalling experience at this property. I booked this property on a non-refundable basis and even double-confirmed beforehand twice that my room would be ready. After arriving from the airport after long flight by taxi, I was informed the property was closed, and they claimed they do not work with Booking.com-despite taking full payment three days prior. This is deeply misleading and caused significant inconvenience. Avoid this property — it feels fraudulent and should not be trusted.
