Nothing. We immediately checked out after checking in. The place was disgusting.

Room was filthy. Brown marks on the bedframe/box spring, along with accumulated dirt in every corner and all along the baseboard. Previous guests on this site and other sites mentioned bugs and bites, and the state of the room shows no deep clean has ever been done. Friends also staying mentioned ants and heavy cigarette smell. Five separate rooms chose not to stay because we would rather eat the loss than risk bed bugs.

Unfortunately the room was full of bugs. I understand is spring but couldn't stay with that.Iam sure you would agree. The worst part is I didn't get refunded my money. My husband and I drove from Lindsay hoping for a nice stay. Hopefully you can help with this.

“Should not be charging anywhere near $150 a night”

Unfortunately its the only place in town to rent. Threadbare towels; lumpy old pillows and very dated. Crazy that they can charge $140+ a night... its more like $49 a night. Booked through Booking.com Tried to get near my co-workers as I was a little nervous about the area. I was told they were "very busy" and I could not change the room I was allocated. I was able to at least a bit nearer the guys ... was shocked to see our 3 cars and 3 others in the parking lot... 😳 no where near being busy. All round, not a nice experience.

No not tub as advertised online. Breakfast was disappointing. Rooms small and dated. Terrible wifi.

Always a good stay at this place. We do come up to snow mobile so we don't stay in the room too long but the beds are comfortable and It's clean.

The breakfast selection semded somewhat sparse compared to times I stayed at the Sword in past years. Breakfast items were not being replenished as quickly as required.

Had to walk to another building and I have trouble walking so ir was hard for me Wasn't worth the walk

The breakfast was good, the air conditioner kept the room cold but needs a good cleaning. The water pressure was good and hot and it had large window with a view. The bed and toilet were nice and clean.
