“The proximity to the highlands and the local facilities were perfect for us.”
The location and the setting of the house was excellent. We had our dog with us and the location was top for walking the dog. The house was more than enough for us as we were only a party of 4 and the house caters for 8 adults.

Absolutely stunning property With A1 facilities The house keeper Fiona is a Merritt to the property I would recommend this property to any fisherman or just for a fantastic stay I will be back for sure !

“Beautiful!”
Beautiful property, superbly furnished with ample kitchen equipment to cater for a large group. Nice and warm inside even on a cold winter day. Plenty hot water.

“We loved this property so much that we’ve booked again for next year.”
Spacious property. Well equipped kitchen and utility. We rented the property because we had a family even in Banchory. We were able to house several family members here. The large kitchen diner allowed us to invite others to join us for lunch, squeezing in 13 around the table! I brought my dog and the policy is that they must stay within the non- carpeted areas. I had been worried about where I was going to leave him, but the utility room was just perfect for the job. The lodge was heated beautifully and there was the option for an open fire in the lounge. We were there in late October, so sitting out in the garden was not really a possibility, but if the weather had been ok, we would have loved to sit outside.
