Excellent location. Staff fantastic. Food good and plentiful. Solar powered but excellent WiFi. Hot water by arrangement with staff. It takes about 20 minutes to fill the reservoir for the shower but remember that this is in the middle of nowhere! We visited in the rainy season and it can get muddy so we were lucky that they upgraded us to a unit on a platform which was luxurious.

Amazing staff that welcomed us with wet towels and juice. The food was the best we ate from all lodges we stayed in. We got upgraded to the cottage with porch and I highly recommend it if your budget allows as it has huge bed and bathroom. The location is great for a more remote experience away from the crowds and more interesting topography. We enjoyed it very much

Very comfortable luxury tent that included an en-suite shower, toilet and twin wash basins. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space within the tent which included a double bed and two single beds and a sofa. We also had a small veranda and seating at the entrance to the tent. It was lovely to sit and watch nature whilst having a cup of tea in the morning. There were many animals to see just from our tent.

“Great stay”

The location is truly beautiful! Right in the middle of the park, with lions and buffalos right next to our tent. A truly amazing experience. The staff always makes you feel safe. When it gets dark, they'll help you to your tent, and you can always count on them if needed. The welcome upon arrival was also very friendly and warm. We felt instantly at home. We stayed in a very spacious tent with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was neat and tidy. The tent, bathroom were very well-equipped. Plenty of bottled water was also available. The food was delicious and varied! There was a wide selection at the buffet, both for breakfast and dinner. The packed lunches were also delicious! Because we were self-drive and therefore didn't have a guide, the staff did arrange a guide/driver for us. This way, we were able to fully enjoy the Serengeti for a full day! We recommend this accommodation to everyone! The location, the comfort, the friendliness, and the helpfulness of the staff are absolutely fantastic.

Nice and spacious tents, with comfortable beds, mosquito nets, and private bathroom with hot shower. The views are nice and the food was ok.

Great location with a vantage point with a 360 degree view. Wildlife all around the tent at night. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, good food. All round 10/10.

“Perfect place for a wild experience”

If you really want to feel a wild experience in Serengeti this one is! You are sleeping in a tent in the middle of the animals, at night time you hear them very close. This experience was awesome. Something you must consider is that you must have a transportation booked previously as the hotel does not have transportation. This is +$200 US (each way) plus park fees which are not included.

“Perfect base for exploring the Serengeti”

Osero was the perfect base for exploring the Serengeti. The tents are spacious, extremely comfortable, clean, and well-organized. The food was good, and the prices were very competitive. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Being in the heart of the park, surrounded by wildlife, allows you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. It was a truly relaxing experience, and I will definitely return!

“Fantastic!”

Mollel, the owner went out of his way to get us a driver and book all our fees for the different areas. We were trying to do a safari without going through a company, but it is really difficult. Couldn’t have done it without it without his help. All the staff were so friendly in the camp and the food was great too.

Beautiful tents in the heart of the Serengeti National Park. Great choice if you want to stay in the middle of nature. Great food. Wifi is good as well.

“Stand your ground if overbooked.”

Generally above average safari experience. But overbooking of rooms led to a horrible ending. The manager as such, spent hours of our limited time trying to get us to acceed to his numerous schemes to get us to give up two "no cancel" rooms that we paid for 5 months before .My wife was left in tears There must be a better way to resolve this situation.

The Osero Serengeti Luxury Tented camps were quite luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The camp is located amidst nature where we could witness the spectacular sunset. The staff were courteous and helpful..
