“Homestay with a smile”
We stayed for a night while on our cycling trip through Thailand. Loved this place! Big room, comfi and clean, good facilities everything worked well. Super kind landlady cooked us a nice mushroom evening meal and breakfast in the morning. All with a smile :)

“Closed! Nobody there!”
No one present when I arrived at the appointed time! I sent a message and waited for an hour while being eaten by mosquitoes! But no answer! Had to find another accommodation which was very difficult and expensive!

“Good stop over between provinces”
Stayed here in March - good sized room with a fridge. Nice quiet location to stay when travelling between Phrae and Lampang. Bed was as comfy as any in Thailand! Friendly staff.
