The room or rather apartment was spacious and has a birds eye view of the lake. Location is just 50 m nearest to the Lee restaurant (most popular). Breakfast at room is nice touch but a bit too much in quantity.

“good vacation”
Everything was perfekt. The view from my room was so beautiful. The included breakfast was delicious. staff was friendly and helpful. i normally not write a review, but this place earned this.

The room was amazing - great view from the balcony with a "net" you can sit on just on top of the view. Great shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was served to the room balcony which was great

This place exceeded my expectations. The photos that we see in Booking.com don't do justice to this place. The room is very spacious, super clean and comfortable. It has a balcony that we can relax and enjoy the stunning view of the lake. I strongly recommend to stay here and experience this place. I would definitely stay here again.

“Beautiful room in an epic location”
The room was beautifully decorated, felt clean and simple with modern amenities, and super comfortable beds. But the view over the village while sitting on the balcony was definitely the catch. A great place to stay in Ban Rak Thai which afforded a view of the whole village. Stunning at night when all the village lights came on. Huge breakfast delivered to the room in the morning! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

“Stunning View”
I have no words. The room was so clean an spacious and from the balcony you have a stunning view. The staff was so helpful, they help me to arrange the tour boat and even an hiking to go to top view of Ban Rak Thai near the border with Myanmar, but I would not suggest it for old people 😅 P.S. Be ready for a hearty and delicious breakfast

The room was absolutely beautiful and still smelled like fresh Ikea. And the view from the balcony is ideal. The town is unique and fun - very Chinese with a Burmese population.

“Great room with great views, let down by lack of a heater.”
This is a great place highly recommended, high up on the hill with awesomef views of the lake and the town. It has a huge balcony with seating and great views. There are two double beds which were very comfortable, large shower area they even have hot water in the sink. There is a spare room for your luggage

We love the place, what a view!!!. Our room is located higher up in the hill, which can be difficult to reach if you are less mobile. Once you are there, you don't want to leave. It was breathtaking. It is a short walking distance to the walking street of Ban Rak Thai.

“I felt that the view is worth my stay already. Stay longer (2-3 nites) to enjoy what they can offer.”
The facilities are more than what we expected. The place is comfortable, clean and the view is excellent. They are walking distance to the tea plantation, shopping street and restaurant.
