New rooms, lovely pool and restaurant. Very friendly owner and staff. 20 mins away from Chiang Mai but easy route in via Bolt or SONGTHAEW ( red trucks). Very close to Grand Canyon water park.

Our kids loved the pool! Great staff! Nice room! Good price! Cooking class and waterpark in walking distance.

It was a quick stop, but amazing place. Ken offered me a ride back to the airport to collect a car. Food was also great. Highly recommend for a place outside of the busy center.

Located in a quiet neighborhood 30-40minutes from old city. Ken and the local team were always friendly and hospitable. Teething issues get sorted out quickly. Good food at the restaurant. Very convenient

“Relaxed resort with a fun pool and excellent food”

Lovely welcome and staff at this resort. It was the perfect place to relax and take a slower pace for a couple of nights. The children spent hours playing with the inflatables in the pool and making friends. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food was always excellent. Ten minute walk to the Grand Canyon waterpark which was a fantastic day out.

After a 20 day trip from various hotels travelling thaland . Chang mai was are final destinaton.. . with 3 days before we travel home we decided we wanted a hotel next to grand canyon water park . We originally booked for one night. And ended up staying for 3 nights . The reason for this is how welcoming the owner kev .. and his brilliant staff were .. the facilities and food were absolutely what we needed ....especially after sleeping on the world's most hardened mattresses for 20 days . We received our best sleep in 20 days as the mattresses and beds were superurb Actual sausages in the morning and a full English Breakfast .. as we needed alittle normality And a pool which is 8 ft deep and not the 4 ft child's pool we normally received in thailand . .me and my partner could not thank this team enough for giving us a great experience with relaxing vibes. And we thank my new friend Ken for welcoming us in to his home . I couldn't recommend this hotel enough . 3 nights stay . Breakfast for 2 . Each day Beers and drinks each night lunch from either thai or English menu Free push bikes for your own uses age Sandals a qualified tour guide to help with any questions ARIM ..Great guy . All for the unbelievably cost of 7000 bart AWOW ...
