Decent place to stay to wait for ferry. Room was clean, warm water in shower. In the morning, they helped to deliver our luggage to the pier.

Excellent Ava beach, clean room and good smell with beautiful beach, all room are in front of the beach. You can enjoy the beach view from your room and it’s 10 steps to access to the beach from your room. Fully consistent with the description. In 1 minute walk, along the road there is a very tasty restaurant Ochabara, where you can eat fresh fish, seafood and roti.

The hostess was active and kind, took care of all the needs and answered all the questions. We booked the ferry to Lipe through her, including transportation from the hotel to the ferry. The room is clean and good smell.

The spacious room. The room smell very good. The Location very near to Pak Bara Jetty around 1-2 minutes. Suitable for a stay before or after the trip from Koh Lipe also for relaxation. The staff were friendly. The humble owner and easy to communicate since her English is very well. We can contact the owner directly via WhatsApp and she is very fast respond. The hotel can help us arranging a taxi and tickets to Koh Lipe. Near to 7 Eleven and halal food. Worth the money to stay.

Lovely friendly staff, cute view located right on the beach. It’s close to the pier too if you are looking to travel to Koh Lipe. Lots of local restaurants nearby and close to convenience store. Great stay 👍
