This is a beautiful property located right on the river. The room was a wooden bungalow with views of the river. The staff were so friendly and kind. The food here was also very good, I would highly recommend the chicken wings. The room comes with toiletries and a mosquito net, if necessary.

Nice comfy beds in the bungalows, good food and extremely helpful and kind staff. We ended up extending our stay while doing the Thakhek loop because we liked it so much here

Atmosphere

The place is stunning

Such a wonderful place to stay on the loop, we stayed for two nights and really loved unwinding here. Feels like such a slice of paradise, staff were so friendly and the food was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and informative. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the river and mountains. We took a boat to the Konglor Cave from the Resort and loved it. The food was really good.

Loved the wilderness. Restaurant was open throughout the day and had a reasonably varied menu albeit slightly westernised. We enjoyed all our meals here though. Enjoyed the nightly bonfire to socialise as well as an outside lounge area. Staff were very helpful and attentive. They provided (at a cost) private transfer from Vientiane directly to the resort.

“Beautiful place out in nature”

Beautiful location in the middle of nature. Breakfast with a beautiful view of the river. Multiple activities are offered such as walks, kayaking, tour to the cave. Staff was very friendly. The meals were delicious and obviously made with love <3 . Board walk between the rooms is well maintained with good lighting.

A typical tropical somewhat run-down big-sized hotel in the jungle, you'll tradeoff value/money for jungle immersion, buzz of the nature and cool surroundings.

“Amazing beautiful stay”

Everything- beautiful setting in lush gardens. Staff are amazing. Was such a treat eating breakfast and dinner by the river. Took boat to Konglor cave which was amazing.

“an amazing jungle stay”

loved everything, the staff are the kindest. food was delicious and fresh, views and setting are amazing, you can rent kayaks through your whole stay for a small price and see the lagoons for yourself. the room and bathrooms were so clean, beds were extremely comfortable, we had a great night sleep every night. the staff were always so happy to see us each day, helped us book the konglor cave, arranged someone to come and pick us up by boat so that was an amazing experience as well as other things to do there too. being in the jungle was such an experience, there were all types of birds and butterflies each day as well as one day there were monkeys on the mountain on the other side of the river and we could hear buffalo’s. even though the location is far and out of the way, we really loved staying here so made the journey worth it, one of the best places to stay in Laos for definite, thank you so much

“Pure relaxation”

The location is wonderful! The staff fantastic! After a long long journey involving a broken down bus, I was dropped off on the main road about 1k walk from the resort feeling incredibly hot and flustered. A slow stroll through the rice paddies overlooked by the limestone mountains led me to a paradise location on the riverside, with luscious gardens and where the welcome was so friendly and efficient that I instantly forgot my horrendous travel experience. A few days of pure relaxation - walking the local area, kayaking on the river, visiting Kong Lor cave - and just chilling on the balcony of my garden bungalow and watching the sunset from the resort restaurant/balcony. After my first night I was the only guest and I was incredibly impressed by the service that remained from the cleaning of the communal areas/restaurant facilities and the attentiveness of the manager. Everything I needed was catered for, a great experience, thank you!

The view from the property was amazing. Food was good but limited options.
