Very friendly family who run this hotel. It's very central close to all restaurants and walkable to all major sights if you like walking. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed - fresh fruit, coffee and fried eggs. The room was very comfortable with a lift so no need to carry bags up stairs. Staff helped book a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. Recommend the juice bar down the road for fresh smoothies.

it's clean, decoration and style is local and traditional, I appreciated it, it changes from modern hotels. the bed was comfortable, I could sleep very well ,it was not noisy at all despite .breakfast was simple but good.

The staff, the room was good size, and the bed comfortable. The whole place is very clean. The bonus is the location is excellent. Around the corner, barely a 5 minute walk is naked espresso. Great coffee, food, and a nice place to sit. I'll be back

Lisa, the staff member.was amazing. So understanding, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, multi lingual. The price is very reasonable for a deluxe room that I stayed on the 4th floor. Good size room( as expected)with free WiFi ( great reception). Lisa made us feel safe and very welcome at the hotel. Very hard worker. She was up to ensure all the delicious breakfast was prepared and ready by 7:30 am. Lisa would be there to ensure if we needed anything by around 11 pm. at the front counter before we went back to our rooms and retired for the night. She works pretty much every day. We told her, we are here to trace our ancestors' steps and the location of where we used to live in Vientiane. The location of this hotel was perfect, close to everything. I didn't realise, I used to live next door to this hotel 47 yrs ago. My late grandfather's place was about 500m away, so it was easy to locate. Because of Lisa, I will tell all my friends about this hotel and expect the great hospitality from Lisa and her staff. I told Lisa I would stay here again on my next return. I came to Khampiane after my accommodation nearby said they did not have room for me (even though I made a booking through booking.com), and I'm actually happy it happened because otherwise I wouldn't have stayed with them - and I loved my stay! The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the breakfast is nice, the staff is nice and always available to help you, and the location is PERFECT.

Location is excellent as the night food market is right outside the door so lots of choice and next door is an excellent fruit smoothie shop. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is okay but no real variety. However, the mango smoothie is excellent. The reception staff are very helpful and quite attentive. A lot of the tourist attractions in this city are within walking distance of the hotel which is a plus.
