“A peaceful simple stay in the cool hills of Doi Phu Kha”
The location was high (1400m altitude) in the hills and the cooler air was certainly welcome; this is one of very few places to lodge up above the heat of the valleys in Nan province. This is a homestay comprising two simple ensuite cabins with pleasant views overlooking a small valley. The host was welcoming and made suggestions for visiting the waterfall down in the valley and the mountain road's viewing points. A simple but tasty cooked breakfast was provided; tea and coffee could be made at any hour.

“Authentic village stay. Basic facilities. Car essential.”
Authentic village stay in the mountains. Basic room and bathrooms. Great local breakfast. Village dogs hanging around (don’t go if scared of dogs). Beautiful mountain views, starry skies and sunrise. Owner not on premises. No food available in the village - bring dinner from Bo Kluea.

The views are absolutely amazing. It's just a small room with a mattress on the floor and a separate toilet but the views make it so bloody good! It's comfy and clean but don't expect too much from the room
