The setting is very nice and the rooms are very clean and welcoming. Details of amenities and items in the room very nice. To be able to have your dinner on your balcony of the room overlooking the mountains was a very nice feature. The next morning you get all items to make your morning drip coffee. Very nice detail. The staff tries to make the best for you.

Grwat view, nice people, very cosy huts. Live music in the evening at the restaurant.you can enjoy it from your terrace. We had our 7 months old Baby with us and they had a baby chair for us for dinner. :) Good breakfast with fresh coffee, juice, eggs, toast, sausages, fruist and sausages. The menu is only in thai, but it works to order with google translate.

“Comfortable homestay with amazing food and relaxing atmosphere.”
Beautifull location in the heart of Ban Mung. Every night you see the bats passing by.🦇 Good restaurant next to the accomodation. Relaxing atmosphere with an authentic Thai-vibe. The Shabu dinner at night was superb. We really had a feeling of homestaying. Temple and waterfall nearby.

“Great overnight stay in Mountain View Bungalow.”
We stayed at Wantana homestay whilst on a 2 week motorcycle trip of northern Thailand. We specifically visited to witness the daily bat phenomenon that occurs in the village. From the moment we arrived we were attended to by the young man running the homestay and he went over and above to get us into our room even though we arrived early. He was extremely helpful with local knowledge and advised us to the best location to witness the bats. Our room was a mountain view bungalow which was very clean and comfortable with the bed being perfect for us, not rock hard like most Thai hotels. We ordered bbq hotpot for dinner that was delivered to our balcony with cold beer and we dined outside under the stars whilst listening to live music that was playing for guests and visitors. Breakfast the next morning was also served to our balcony and was nice. Overall a great place to stay and well run by the family.

Amazing place to stay! Great service, great view of the mountains, in walking distance to the bat viewing point, Very good food that can be enjoyed on the terrace listening to live music. Absolutely great! 😃
