“Lovely peaceful stay”
It was a simple but clean house. The swimming pool and the view on to the greenery are amazing. The owners are really friendly. The place to go if you want a peaceful holiday in Phuket. We would return to this house for our next vacation. Oh, and there are also some very good local thai restaurants nearby (10 minute drive).

The main value of this vila is its owner. Khuun Tor is extremely helpfull and polite person. I select his vila because of the comments from previous tenants and the whole thing is true. Khuun Tor, his family are nice people and their facility is perhaps not top luxurious paradise front beach house but it is nice, quiet place where you can relax when you come from the beach. Very important thing is that usually the owners are taking payment for electricity extra. Khuun Tor since very begining declared, "electricity is part of the bill.". This is something unusual in Thailand. He rented us his car which is nice a handy.
