The guys running the hostel were super friendly and put on fun events every evening (e.g. volleyball, BBQ) which was a great way to meet people. They also gave us some good recommendations & went the extra mile to help us out (e.g. picked up breakfast for my boyfriend one morning). Room was very large. The kitchenette was useful - it had a microwave, sink, utensils, fridge etc. Koh Lanta is a bit difficult to properly explore on foot (its approx. 1.5hr walk to long beach from the hostel) but you can rent scooters from the hostel. They also have 1 bicycle. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
