“Terrible experience - unacceptable treatment and booking breach”

Stay away from this place. The owner behaved aggressively and initially accommodated us in a different building that did not match what we had booked. We were then informed that the coworking space was fully booked and unavailable, despite it being included in our reservation. We raised a complaint and requested a refund. Later that night, we were asked to leave and were threatened, with the owner claiming that people he knew would come after us. He refused to refund the money, which forced us to file a police report. Only then did we receive the refund. The neighboring restaurant confirmed this was not the first time such an incident had occurred, and similar reviews can be found on Google.

Perfect stay. Was really quick helping for our visa. Really nice and cosy vibe. Free really good coffee every morning. Really relaxing sharing space with a little mare and many plants. The co working space was really practical, lightful, quiet, and just so near the room ! Thanks you !

A really good place to stay at Koh Lanta. You can leave the stress behind and relax. Everything you need for your daily life is possible to get in short distances. The local community will help to support you. In any case your host is very helpfully and good connected on this small piece of paradise. No matter what you need (laundry service, motorbike rental, boat tours, diving experiences) can be organized without worries and complications. The wifi connection and the co-working space is also very good. 420 friendly community. I decided to stay here for futher 2 months.

Ben is an amazing host! Super welcoming and friendly, gave us some amazing tips on where to go for sightseeing and food. The room was clean and the kitchen facilities were really handy. Surrounding restaurant owners are super friendly. The Dogs are our favorites, super lovely and cheeky.

Starting with the co-working office, comfortable desks where you could adjust the height of the top, comfortable chairs, air conditioning in the office. Internet throughout the facility quite good but there were moments with 15-30minutes of long internet lag. Accommodation, small yet comfortable for overnight stay, air-conditioned. Very helpful and friendly host. Nearby good restaurant, beautiful beach, close to "town". Free drinks like coca-cola, sprite, water.

Easy place to stay and make use of comfortable coworking space. Wifi and network were strong the whole time. Easy access to the beach through the neighbouring resort and a great restaurant next door too. Rooms are as expected from pictures, everything was in good condition.

The location is nice, near restaurants and not too far from the main street. You can access the beach by walking trough the opposite resort. If you come here to work there is a nice workspace for your use. The owner has three dogs in the premises, they are super friendly and they like to hang out at the terraces. Free water and sodas. It's nice to see recycling and glass bottles instead of plastic ones. You can book a ride from the opposite side of the road or trips from next door.

This ensures comfort during long hours in front of a screen, sparing you the back pain often associated with working from a café. Additionally, the coliving space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials if you want to cook something, including a grill we used for a BBQ night with other guests and Ben (the host). The atmosphere is tranquil, and throughout our three-week stay, the diverse group of residents maintained a harmonious, respectful, and relaxed vibe. The host, Ben, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort at all times.
