“An outstanding and memorable rural visit.”

Mr. Phow the owner is an excellent and friendly host This is a homestay and not a hotel and if you want to experience day to day Thai life, this is the place tp stay. Set in beautiful rural location, near the river, have a dip and enjoy. Phow also has a passion for gardening with a spacious interesting garden to explore. Near by is the Bat Mountain, watch millions of bats surface when the sun goes down, a wonderful sight to experience. Enjoy a meal and drink at the mountain restaurant. Take an early morning visit and boat trip on Bueng Boraphet Swamp Lake, spectacular if you want to see the Pink Lotus flowers and abundant bird life. My advice is to pre book this outing. Lastly Nakhom Sawan and local countryside also has some interesting temples to visit.

The tropical paradise near the river. The cabin was very comfortable. The hosts were amazing and the breakfasts fantastic. Couldn’t fault the anything.

The location is very quiet and peaceful, and it is next to the river. We loved it. Phow is a wonderful, friendly host. Attentive, thoughtful, helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Couldn't possibly recommend a place more. And, the term "homestay" is very appropriate. We felt like guests at Phow's home, not just customers!

Phow offers you Thailand on a platter. An ex- teacher, he is extremely knowledgeable, spends much time with one (if so desired) and speaks fairy well english. It is quiet, it is country, it is personal, it is super friendly....even hearty meals, crooked by his wife, were to be relished. Thanks Phow, and a successful New Year ahead to your family!!

“Warm and really nice owner”

We like the hospitality of the owner and the warm atmosphere :) We booked a standard room (that has a separate toilet) but he upgraded us to a deluxe one as it was available. He called us to make sure we were not lost. He bought us breakfast and made us fresh coffee as well :)

Jungly location out in the countryside. Uncle Phrow was an exceptionally warm and kind person. If you like piece and quiet, Nature, and a local lifestyle experience this is for you. You can accommodate 3 people if you wish. Bring your own food and cook. A barbie if you want. Fish in the bigriver which is only 30 metres away Bed a bit hard for non thais. We were there in the rainy season so expect plenty off mossies. Accommodation was comfortable with all facilities. Bring your own anything and use no problem. Uncle Phrow can show you around and explain nature. If an overnight stop travelling north or south is required this is a great stop over. 4 kilos from town next to Thailands main river. Fish if you like. Bring a bike. Will use again when coming from Pattaya to Chaing Mai as a stopover. Not for everybody if you are a townie and cannot tolerate insects. Unique and very cheap experience for travellers. Value for money and recommended even just to experience the local Thai way off life..
