The staff were so helpful. They really wanted to serve. I was so impressed how they carried our heavy luggage across the bamboo bridge. They held great knowledge about the elephants and were polite and genuine. The Elephants were amazing. At the time of writing this, they had a baby Elephant. Only 5 months old!

“A magical, spiritual escape”

I stayed 2 nights at 3 Pok Resort and had one of the most emotional experiences of my life. Each morning, I was gently woken up by an elephant—an unforgettable moment that felt surreal and deeply spiritual. On my first day, I was the only guest, which made it feel like VIP treatment. The next day, with more guests, it became a warm, family vibe. Special shoutout to L, the staff member who welcomed me with such kindness. He gave me an early check-in, showed me around, helped me feel at home as a solo traveler, and even sang on my porch at night with a voice like an angel. Truly exceptional service. The location is peaceful and remote—you’ll fall asleep to the sound of the nearby stream. I’ve never slept so well. I saw elephants bathing in the river, including a baby and its mum. It was pure magic. If you’re looking for connection, nature, and peace—this is it. Ask for L!

“Breath taking experience.”

Staff/family were very hospitable. This location is at the families property and village. We were able to get a taste of the people’s everyday life there. There was no reception or office as such. It is not a place where staff will dote on you the entire stay. This location is about an hour and half away from Chiang Mai, so best to organise transportation with the property. Communication was A+ regarding transportation from Chiang Mai. Accommodation is back country and off the grid vibes. Definitely not for the posh and luxurious accommodation goers. There are numerous “ownerless village dogs” around, so great for dog lovers. I would recommend letting guests know to bring snacks/drinks as there are no shops near by. I would also bring board games! Cash is a must as you will need to pay for dinner, beer/soda, food to feed the elephants, activities offered and transport. One elephant was led to our room in the morning. It was a breath taking experience. Loved the activities! We fed, bathed and strolled with the elephants. Our tour guy was a gem.

an incredible place to relax and stay in tuch whit nature and simplicity, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation because there you will have no signal and in my opinion it is good to unplug a bit, a magical experience to wake up with the elephant that comes to say good morning. the structure and the staff very professional. excursions directly with the hotel really wonderful! Thank you whit all my heart !

I found exactly what I thought i would find..a small cute cottage in the middle of the forest..:) and then the breakfast with the elephant was the cherry on the cake..they set you up the area to take cute photos...I would highly recommend this experience 😊👌

The area the park is at is gorgeous. The people and rooms were nice although there was no bed , comfortable enough.

The dogs and cats were not looked after and was covered in fleas and sores, it was very upsetting. The locks on the doors didn’t work and had a man walk in without knocking, it was very scary being a solo traveler. I recommend to avoid this place, very over priced.

Very quiet, middle of nowhere. Huts were basic but comfortable and the activities were great.
