the most disappointing property i have ever booked with booking.com. this is a real run down place, sorry to say. no reception, no staff on arrival. no sense of security when you arrive, so much so, we never stayed the night after paying for 3 nights.

Breakfast was good and the service was lovely. The location was a bit disappointing as it was far away from the city center in Chiang Mai but close enough to the venue my trip was centered on.

A good place for retreat and for children. Big space to go around. Food is reasonable for a resort. Free entrance to the farm and use of old but functional bicycles.
