“Amazing amazing staff! Thank you!”
The best thing about this property is the amazing staff. We booked this bungalow last minute as my partner was extremely unwell that morning and was unable to travel as planned. I called the hotel to ask if we could check in any earlier as he needed to lie down, and they rushed to clean the room and have it ready in one hour, 3 hours before scheduled check in. I’m SO grateful for this as we were stranded with nowhere to go, so thank you so much. The bungalow is great too, with a lovely kitchen and living area, separate from the bedroom. The best value for money that we could see on Booking.com We also had breakfast included, which was brought to the bungalow by the staff in the morning. And they also brought us to the pier for our transfer for free. As I said, they’re fantastic! Highly recommend.

“Overall the experience was good!”
The bungalow is really comfortable, clean and spacious with a simple kitchen. It is really spacious. Staffs are helpful. They respond to WhatsApp pretty fast. Do take down their phone no. for easy communication. Family mart is just 10mins walk from the hotel. Neighbourhood feels safe.

“My stay at wanpratheep”
My stay at Wanpratheep Resort was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There's a real sense of family atmosphere when you're here. Being close to temples and waterfalls makes the stay truly magical.

“Very nice, new cottage and lovely staff 😊”
The cottage was new and spotless clean. Staff very friendly and nice. All requests have been dealt with very quickly. The staff collected us and dropped at the ferry pier and organised a motorbike for us. All together it was a very nice place / village and we had a great stay there. Thank you to the lovely staff for making us feel like at our second home 😊

We arrived at 10.30pm and expected the reception to be open until 11.30pm (as stated on booking.com). The reception was closed and the lady on the phone very unhelpfully told us that there was nothing she could do for us. We therefore had to walk through the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night in order to find ourselves a taxi and a new hotel for that night.

“Amazing place for rest”
