“Ok”
Facilities were ok, good pool, modest gym. 2 ACs worked well, I really enjoyed that room was quiet, idk maybe we had quiet neighbors. Good restaurants around. Convenience stores are 10 min by foot. Also washing machine was very handy!!

“Wonderful to have such great customer service!”
There were a few issues on arrival but Sami from Lofty Villas was so on the ball to rectify them immediately, I can't thank him enough. Totally above and beyond the call of duty! I don't think I've had such good customer service, he and his team really cared and went the extra mile.
