“The whole hotel, rooms and staff were so much better than we anticipated. We would definitely recommend Na Nicha to fami”
The resort was lovely, the swimming pool was so nice with enough sunbeds to go round but if you didn’t want to sit at the pool the sea was a 2 minute walk away and all the time we were there it was pretty deserted. The resort was close to bars and restaurants and supermarkets.

Go to bankrut if you want to relax. Excellent quite beach with excellent restaurants, easy to get to from the train station. Hardly any party people. Will come back.

“Lovely, laid-back Ban Krut”
Really lovely and well designed hotel in quiet Ban Krut, practically on the beach, with a nice swimming pool, too. The sun rise over the beach through the palm trees is spectacular, viewed from the bed, if you're up at that time in the morning. There's not much to do in Ban Krut except to stroll on the lovely 11k long beach, visit, what must be one of the top temples in Thailand with a giant golden Buddha looking out to sea, and eat in one of the many seafood places that line the beach. There's also a very colourful fishing village, and some riverside cafes are being developed. This lack of activity and laid-back vibe was perfect for us before hitting the bright lights of Bangkok once more. We took lots of long walks. The staff were very nice, the rooms, large, the beds comfortable, the shower hot, the bathrooms spotless and modern. and they even supplied hair conditioner! There was a fridge, kettle, and sachets of coffee in our room. Everything was spotless and hygienic. The hotel is also a short distance from Ban Krut train station, and the staff very kindly took us there in their motorcycle tuktuk for free.

“Would recommend for a beautiful beach get away”
Great space, nice sun terrace and pool. Comfortable beds and generally a great spot to waste away a few days in the sun. Staff dropped us at the train station too!

It's a really clean room. Hot water works. There's a fridge and kettle. Pool is clean. Staff is polite and accommodating, though communication through translation app. Balconies have beach views.

“Comfortable & clean hotel opposite the sea”
Good hotel with nice swimming pool, a little walk to restaurants all along the sea-front and only a few steps from the sea. The pool area is not as stunning as some of the other hotels in Ban Krut and has plastic sun loungers (no cushions), but we enjoyed it as the sun heats the water and there are both sunny and shady places to sit or lounge. Our Twin Room with Sea View had a balcony which looked directly towards the sea with some stunning sunrises! (See photo taken from our balcony) On arrival we were offered a choice of a room on the ground floor or on the 3rd floor. We chose the higher floor - a good choice for the view! There is no lift/elevator, but the stairs are wide so we had no problem carrying our luggage. We arrived by train; the hotel arranged a tuk-tuk to collect us (100 baht per person, Dec 2023) which takes 5-10 minutes between train station and hotel. We appreciated that the hotel allowed us to check in very late (near midnight) and arranged our tuk-tuk for our 03:00am departure. In all, a clean and comfortable hotel, recommended!
