Accomodation is simple but clean and really all you need in this beautiful nature. Do not come here if you expect aircondition, luxury items and entertainment. Come here if you want to talk to locals and see stunning nature and just relax. It is a rare jewel these days. The hosts are amazing :)

Initially booked a bungalow, but due to unforeseen malfunction were offered a room at the neighbouring resort. Staff goes out of their way to help with anything. Calm and serene, wonderful food.

Situated on the shore, the location was utterly peaceful. The bungalow was very comfortable and the host. Saow, could not have been more attentive, more available or more helpful.

“Paradise on the beach with the best hosts!”

Had such a wonderful stay at Koh Phaluai! The site is like a dream: each bungalow overlook the beautiful garden and the sea. The beach is within max 30 meters reach. In the middle you find the restaurant, where it was easy to meet others staying and you can enjoy the hosts home cooked food. Bungalows are simple, clean and big enough. The atmosphere was familiair ánd quiet, there is enough space to find your own spot. Most of all credits go to Dan, Tan and Saew voor hosting the best way possible. They make it such a warm and welcoming stay! I hope to be back one day, two days was too short!

“Amazing stay”

The location is amazing. The bungalows are set just off the beach. It's like having your own private island as there aren't many tourists.

This accommodation is a true gem. We stayed here for 4 nights with two small children and loved it. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful garden. This place is excellent for relaxing, picking up the seashells at the beach and reading in a hammock. There are a lot of friendly cats and our kids loved them. The hospitality of the personnel was fantastic! They really made us feel welcomed in so many ways. We would love to return some day and explore more of the island!

The location is absolutely wonderful. Directly at the beach with a lot of nature is it the best place to relax. The people are super friendly and help you with everything including pick up/drop off or a fishing trip in a boat. There are a lot of cosy places on site like hammocks, loungers and yoga decks so perfectly to enjoy the day.

Lovely traditional bamboo bungalows with palm leaf roofs, very comfortable to sleep in. Mosquito net, storage space, fan, western toilet and shower, all of this is available. The houses are lined up around the restaurant and the beautiful garden. In the garden there are hammocks and small places to relax in the shade, as well as deck chairs under raffia umbrellas. There is a nice breakfast and great food in the restaurant, Phe Sao even brought my favorite vegetables. Thank you very much :) Things happen at a leisurely pace here, it's very relaxed. fantastic for calming down. The hornbill that breeds on the site is unique to observe. and many other birds and animals to observe. and an incredible starry sky at night. You should not expect luxury, it is all very basic on the island. But there are very hospitable, warm people. For me that is the most valuable thing, the loving people who welcome you so warmly. Therefore, it was a 10 stars-rating experience for me. There is no shop or ATM on the island. So take enough cash with you. and something more. There is a collection for the school, maybe you would like to take part. or support the cat lady who has taken in a hundred cats :). There are also cute jewelry to buy in the place itself. Thank you everybody for your kindness.

I wanted the lonely island vibe, and I got it.. a tiny magical island. I was welcomed the second I got of the ferry and got a free ride to the bungalows. The staff is so heartwarming, happy and helpful. The area is so beautiful. I loved my 3 days here.
