Brekfast was excellent, coffee very nice. Very friendly staff and nice shared kitchen area with fridge and microwave. A little out of the way of places but able to get motorbike Taxis with the Grab app. Room was about what I expected, would stay there again! :))

such a lovely property away from the businesss of Chiang Mai. About 25 minutes from town it was lovely to walk around the grounds and use their lovely pool area. Rooms were lovely and clean and all staff were really helpful thank you!

“Good stay and can’t complain too much by the price”

Home at 9 is a very cute hotel. The rooms are pretty standard but the cafe area, pool and the grounds were great! Everywhere you go there's something to look at and explore. You can see the passion and love put into this place. The surrounding area was also a lot of fun to explore with beautiful sunsets and plenty of nature all around.
