The room and view was spectacular with a tranquil bathroom.

The accommodation was clean and the view was fabulous. The food is homely. The guy who runs the place is so lovely.

Set atop a hill, the rooms are beautifully decorated and provide the most spectacular views of the sun rising over Thailand. We had booked both upper rooms and would have loved to stay at least one more night!

Just amazing. The view is insane! We had the first and the second floor so the complete house and the experience was so unique. Great host with all kind of food and homemade vegetables and fruits.

Great views, great hosts, wonderful dinner, a home away from home

100% recommended; the owners are super kind and always available; we had a problem with the water heater and they fixed it in 10mins, the view is amazing on the fields&mountains, they give free simple breakfast (coffee, fruits, toasts with jam/pb), the rooms are very good and have AC/television/good wifi and it's well decorated, there's a restaurant on site with good local food, it's located a bit out of the city where it's more quiet

Walked through the door to be greeted with the most phenomenal view. After being on motorbikes all day it was lovely to just relax in the restaurant with a cold beer and watch the beautiful sunset. The staff were so lovely and friendly they really looked after us well, they made delicious food and that was followed by a wonderful relaxing evening of laughter swapping stories of the MaeHongSon loop with fellow travellers.

Great location a bit outside the very nice village of Khunyuam, which has a beautiful Wat and lots of useful little shops. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. Quite good basic accommodation..

This is a gem of a place to stay! The Thai hosts are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are comfortable with superb views. The evening meals served here are delicious. The buffet breakfast is excellent. WiFi signal is strong. I would certainly stay here again!
