Ben is like a personal assistant for everything in vang vieng. He always replies immediately. He can arrange whatever you want, give you information on things and communicates effectively. He is fair and kind. My AC stopped working and I got upgraded to a mountain view room. My ride to the railway station was also free. The staff at the house are so sweet and helpful. She helped me practice speaking thai/laos and washed my clothes quickly. There are 6 options for breakfast and they are all good. You also get fresh fruit, coffee and water. The location is perfect, just between the city and all the attractions (lagoons, caves, balloons etc). The view from the house is stunning if you like nature and mountains. There is an elephant that appears across the road on some evenings. There is also ducks and roosters next door. They were super cute.

Perfect location, the mountains are beautiful. The room is very clean, air con was strong, wifi very fast. Breakfast was amazing. I hope to come again.

The room was very big with mountain view. The guesthouse is outside town, so you feel surrounded by nature, but still close to shops and restaurants.

The 360 Deg views were excellent,seeing the hot air balloons taking off dawn and dusk. Clean and spacious rooms.

The only real positive aspect is the nice view of the mountains. The location is slightly outside the city center, which may be acceptable for those who prefer a more isolated area.

I liked the fruit. We chose scrambled egg and omelet….i think we’d have been happier with breakfast if we’d chosen the Laos options We loved the view

Location- outside of town, great views for breakfast, though the noise of the flying buggies was very early. The place was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice and helped with anything we needed.

The views are incredible and the personnel is very friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit out of town (which I liked) and the view from the window is spectacular. It’s also cheap.

The guesthouse has great views, it's located on the road to the main attractions (lagoons, viewpoint, etc) yet very close to town. Dat is honestly amazing, we don't know how he manages but he runs the place pretty much by himself and he's always ready to help. The guesthouse arranged a private transfer for us from Vientiane airport and honestly was so worth it. You can also rent scooters from them, or there's a rental place nearby, and they arranged our car to the train station. We'd definitely recommend.
