Good location and close to 7/23 and exchange money

All was good. We would to thank you to nice, kind and helpful. The guest house is close to the beach, about 3 min walk. Behind the corner is 7/11(2min walk) which was very comfortable for some refreshment. Pretty good was balcony where we can dry our swimming clothes. Perfect is also available towels for to take on the beach and front of the door is water to clean feet so you don't have sand at the room every day.

Sunny, the owner of Sunny Beach View Guesthouse, was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The place is located close to necessary facilities including 7 eleven just around the corner, but still quiet amd peaceful when you are inside. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place which is also great value for money.

“Amazing place to stay”

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and had a nice balcony too. The host was so friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, basically beach front and next to all amenities too.

The welcome from the owner was rather friendly, well, when you do this job you don't sulk, otherwise you change jobs, but there's nothing to add, you have everything we liked below.

Sunny Beach View Guesthouse has a convenient central location, situated along the main strip of Karon. There are smart buses and airport express buses right outside, lots of restaurants to choose from, a convenience store right below it. Sunny is a very hospitable host, always greeting you and asking if you need further assistance. I asked Sunny if I could have a late check out and he was happy to accommodate me as the next guests were arriving later. The amenities and Internet are clean and work efficiently. I felt very safe at this guesthouse as a solo traveller. Do consider that if you cannot walk up two flights of stairs that it might be better to stay at a place where rooms are on the ground floor or have elevators.

The guest house is a little gem! Great location right on the beach front and right among all the amenities,shops,Restaurants&bars etc. The rooms are a great size and have huge cony beds! And are very clean!

Nice accommodation really nice guy running the place, very central to everything, literally accross road to the beach and shops, value for money definatly, entrance is at the back of main road, we rent all three rooms, had a great stay

Sunny was a delight and very helpful. His hotel was great value for the money! We had a lovely room overlooking Karon Beach and it was quiet, comfy, and clean. I loved being able to wake up in the morning and see the sunrise or watching sunset from the balcony. It's actually much bigger than it looks in photos and is quite a spacious room. Just downstairs is a 7-11 for any random needs you may have, along with restaurants, spas, etc. dotted all around and close by. Overall I will definitely choose to stay here again. The price compared to other options literally right next door was great, and I have no complaints. FYI there are beach towels offered downstairs by the door so no need to bring your own beach towel!

“Very good stay”

Perfect 3 night stay. The guesthouse is right in front of Karon Beach and above a 7/11. The room is big, same as the bathroom (where finally the shower is separated from the toilet by a wall). We also had a small balcony facing the mountain. The room has a mini fridge and a safe.

“Good choice on Karon Beach”

A comfortable and beautiful place for living near the Karon beach. The location is brilliant. We liked it very much and reccomend to the other travelers. Also, the owner of this place is very hospitable and careful. It was pleasant to talk to him every time. We liked that we could take a special beach towel every day and that we could ask for making our room up. Thank you!

The location was great. You wouldn’t know that you weren’t in a posh hotel. The manager seemed to be available most of the time. He was really helpful with information, booking transport, etc. Beach towels, a hairdryer, sage, TV with Netflix. We will be staying here again. The hotel is above the 711 but it honestly wasn’t a problem. It has its own entrance at the rear of the property and we didn’t find it any noisier than any other beach front hotel along the road (and we’ve stayed in a few in Karon).
