“This was our first visit and it exceeded expectations”

The location was perfect. Just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants, The host was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to checkout at 5pm. We will definitely book to come back again.

“Not quite what it seems”

The manager (Ati) and staff are really wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and settled. Ati drove us around on her volition and was always available to assist with our requests beit extra dirt bags, pillows, broom etc. I enjoyed that this was a full villa with ample packing space, full kitchen and a plunge pool. The upstairs also has beautifully wooden floors and doors and the main bedroom has a partial ocean view from a distance. It is genuinely only a 10min walk from the beach.

“Convenient, peaceful, local flavour”

The location was great and I personally loved the vibe of our villa. Not one of those copy-paste places, so it made me feel in Thailand and on vacay. Staff great!

Amazing villa, location was great. 24hr security and so peaceful. Also little touches like toilet roll toiletries etc included when we arrived.

We stayed at Villa 2/20 for two weeks with a group of friends. The place is absolutely amazing – very quiet and cozy. All the necessary infrastructure is within walking distance: a currency exchange, 7/11, and restaurants (including Russian cuisine) are just 3–5 minutes away on foot. The villa is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, offering excellent speed and coverage throughout the entire property, which was a great bonus. The water pressure was excellent, hot water was always available, and there were no issues with the sewage system. The villa owner was always in touch via WhatsApp, promptly helping with any questions. She also arranged an affordable airport transfer and offered various excursions to choose from. We were completely satisfied with our stay – we didn't find any drawbacks. This place is perfect for both family vacations and trips with friends. Highly recommended!

“A wonderful villa. Very responsive host”

The property is extremely spacious. Enough for us all to enjoy each others company but also our own space. Loved the pool and it’s the perfect spot or on the roof terrace to watch the sunset

Ati is a great host. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum. Everything was perfect. The villa is absolutely great, spacious and the pool is really amazing. The whole neighborhood is very safe and friendly. Nothing was a problem for Ati at all. She organized a day trip for us at a great price, whenever we needed advice, she was there for us and helped us a lot with everything. Even after we checked out of the villa, she helped us recommend a barber in Kata beach. An unforgettable week for us. We highly recommend this place and everything. Ati, thank you very much for everything. You made our holiday very special.

We stayed in villa 2/20 on the top, appreciated the view, the location. It is a quiet place, good for families. Plenty of space for everybody. Good for relaxing. Landlady was always helpful. 10min walk to street food stands, restaurants, massages and local life. What you need is there.

Location wise its quite reasonable, about a 2 min walk to 7-11 and restaurants and about 6 mins to the beach. Its in a very quite residential / apartment complex on a street that has a guard at the end so very safe and secure. The apartment itself is over two floors with the bedrooms on the top and the living at the bottom. The pool is amazing and not heated so its VERY nice to cool off during a hot day. The electricity and water is included in the cost so that its a nice touch given more apartments in Phuket are pay for use. The beds themselves were very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. The living area is large and the TV included netflix and a few other options so plenty to keep the family entertained. The Prima villa team were very nice and very accommodating with almost any request.
