The night I arrived was raining and the place looks like horror movie but then my partner came, so not anymore alone and we decided to spent the only one night booked. In the morning everything was magical: green and peaceful!!!! Quite and amazing place if you want peace and stay far away from the caos but at the same time it's easy to go where you want by taxi or motorbike. At the end we booked for 3 more nights and at the end I changed even my flight ticket to stay in total one week. I wish to come back soon there!!!! May, the receptionist shes the reason that I gave a chance to stay the first night! Shes very kind!! All of them!! The housekeeping, the security man, the massage woman!! All of them!!!! They make me feel like a queen!!!! Love them all!!!!!!! The place it's old and for sure need maintenance but this is the part of Thailand that I like and I love: people and nature!!!! For someone like me that live in a big city K2 Xanadu is the best place where to be enjoy the silence: just birds, frogs, squirrels and of course... Mosquitoes a lot!!!!! They cleaned everyday and if something not okay, they will try to fix and do the best to make you feel happy! For example: The shower didn't works but they fixed immediately!! It's perfect place to remember that Thailand is the land of smiles!!!! Thanks May and all of you guys!!!!!!!!!!! You guys make that place special!!!!!! For sure need is an old place that need a bit of maintenance, just a bit!!!!

The staff was really kind with us, the room was very clean, and it was beautiful.

We enjoyed the intention of providing a truly unique experience, although the place itself is not matching the photos. The indoor areas (bed, linen, towels) were however clean.

The place is simply stunning, i've never seen anything like it before. The suites and villas are amazing. Yes, the place needs some TLC, but any issues we're resolved immediately. Will definitely be back.

Everything is good,but the villa need to be cleaned and renovated, however, they already start doing that, so I m expecting it to be better in the future.

This was truly a unique and memorable experience. I was seeking an authentic taste of the local culture, and this stay delivered exactly that. It had a charm all its own, and I absolutely loved it. Though a bit off the beaten path, that only added to its appeal. The people we met were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the overall experience offered excellent value for money. I genuinely cherished every moment.

The property is beautiful. Rustic and honestly we loved it. Out of 8 friends 2 friends hated it as it was dusty, but the doors and locks are very old. The positive was the staff which were short handed but always happy to help. Nambu and his mother and Olivia were just super helpful. The ladies who gave the foot Massage were fantastic. We liked the rustic feel of the property, but having said that, the property is impossible to be maintained cleanly.
