Layout of the resort, the size of the rooms, with everything you could want or need. Its clean, tidy, secure. Air-conditioning in bedroom and main living room gives great cooling. And its quiet running.

The location is good, but you need a car to avoid waiting for a grab to come out to the spot. We were happy as it was a way from the chaos of the city, quiet and peaceful, and we had a hired car, so getting around was not an issue. It's about 20-30 minutes from many attractions, such as Pattaya city and shopping. There is a 7/11 & a grocery store about 500 meters away so that you can access most basics. The garden is beautiful and tranquil, and we had a fantastic time just lounging through the simple breakfast, listening to birds and watching a squirrel and the fish in the pond. The beds were super comfortable, and the place was clean, with a lovely deck.

The place is small, not too many units so it is quiet. The rooms are airy, big and clean. The aircon is working well and cool d place pretty well. There is a little nice swimming pool too. Breakfast is simple and good.

“Perfect all you’ll need in a little cosy complex”

The place is amazing a lot of time, thought and effort has gone into designing the complex. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and nice hot soup with rice if you like in a nice communal area for people to meet and mingle, with a lovely little garden waterfall pond area. The staff try their upmost to help you even by using their phone with the translation app. The owners are a lovely couple she is Thai and he is Australian, so if you need anything in English and you can’t sort it out with the staff he will always sort it. We came home late one night and all the fuel garages were shut. Spoke to him and he sent one of the boys down to grab us some fuel so we can get back to a garage, so helpful and she tried to organise us a cab on our first day and she couldn’t get one, so she got in the car and drove us 20 minutes into Jomtien Beach. It’s about 20 minutes out from Jomtien Beach, but it’s all highway/motorway so it’s very easy travelling in and out. If you want to go into Pattaya you can catch a tuk-tuk from Jomtien Beach to Soi 6 Pattaya city for 10 Baht which takes 30 minutes and catch it back from Walking St, Police are everywhere pulling tourists over for drink-driving at night, so be careful as it will cost you 2000 to 4000 baht to be released. We have never stayed anywhere before where the people are so helpful. Thank you so much for everything, you made our stay fabulous Mark & image

Ray and Pim who own this property were absolutely amazing. The house and gardens are exceptional. No complaints what so ever. The pool is a lovely touch to have available.

Very clean. The beds are super soft and comfortable. The pool and garden is beautiful. We didn’t have a car, so the manager helped us to pick up some take away. Close to water park that we visited. Manager booked a taxi for us.
