“Nice large room 10 mins from centre”

The place is large with a big bed and lots of room for multiple bags with an extra room to store them. The bathroom was big and the pool looked nice although we didn’t go in it.

Great place for a private room on good budget. Had warm welcome from the host family. Simple room with enough space also for longer stay. On the private little balcony I could enjoy the morning sun and cuddles with the cats :) Several Thai food places, little shop and cafés right next door. Still in walking distance from town center.

The owners is adorable and very friendly great places if you look for peace and quiet and it's pretty close to the walking street

“Private bungalow with garden access - great for a longer stay on budget”

Received a warm welcome and had some very friendly conversations with the lady of the house. The private bungalow was spacious though simple and had a little porch to sit outside. Fridge in the room. There was also a shared dining area and kitchen in the place, although I didn't use, it could be handy if you want to cook. Big garden to relax, there was always some place to find in the shade to sit in the grass or exercise. The area is nice and quiet (except for the occasional events at the Muay Thai place down the street). Walking street is only a few minutes walk away and a few Thai restaurants and cafés are right next door.

“Don't bother staying there!!!”

Nothing because when we arrived we were told to leave our bags in the car there was no room for us. Already booked months previously and paid for but it appears the owner was greedy. When someone wanted to stay another week she gave them our room. Did not have the courtesy to ring, message us at all either. We told her we wanted our money back and she said we booked with booking.com to which we replied, yes you advertise with them and are paid. She told us her son could take us to her sisters place where there was a room (she stated very busy and rooms elsewhere would be expensive now ). We opted to check it out (we were tired long day) and stayed at her sisters, (even though it had no pool which is another reason we had booked her accommodation).

Stayed 11 nights. Cheap! The pool was very nice. Swam every day. Location very good. Less than 10 min to Walking Street and town. Very nice cafe next door for good affordable breakfast. Mini mart and laundry a few doors away. AC and hot water worked. Room was cleaned and fresh bedding put on once. Fresh towels provided on request. Decent sized room. Mosquito mesh over windows. Didn’t have problem with bugs (July). Balcony with chairs and table. Would stay again if on low budget.

Our room was spacious and clean. Nice sitting outside on the balcony looking out on the garden.The owners are lovely and the all place very quiet and green.

Pool was lovely and the place was in a quiet location. 10 minute walk into town which was really easy. Room was basic but nice!

“Won’t be going back.”

Lots of cockroaches and mosquitoes in our room from where the room isn’t sealed properly. It’s also very run down and dirty, needs a big revamp. We also didn’t use the pool as there is nowhere to sit around it. It’s only a ten minute walk from town but there are many more places closer.

The rooms are super sapcious. All ammenities worked. The decking/balcony is a nice place to chill. Theres alot of greenery around the premises to add colour. The pool is a nice size and depth, with a skimmer to use. Bed was comfortable and the AC works. There is a small mart next door and its a about an 8 min walk to market street. Plenty of parking space for a bike Also there are 3 super friendly cats to pet when they come say hello. Be nice to them theyre super sweet!

lovely friendly and helpful host and family. nice pool and grounds, parking for bikes, toast and coffee available every morning. very obliging in providing extra towels and pillows. shop next door. very comfortable bed, nice balcony area but lots of mosquitoes around.

Spacious room with a little outdated bathroom. Nice balcony with a garden view and a pool if you feel like it, didn't look particulairy clean but for a quick swim it's okay. Friendly staff.

I spent 3 nights at mountainblues and had a great time. The breakfast was included and a great start into the day. Besides this I had one of the best Pad Krapaos in my Life in the Restaurant (believe me, I had many) at a great price. The Location is a little outside of Pai and quiet. (7 min Walk to the Walking Street) The owners are super friendly.

Well priced, clean, great amenities, perfect location and great staff.

Great place with a super spacious room, nice outdoor seating area, and a really lovely host! Super convenient for Charnchai Muay Thai and only 10 min walk into town.

Swimming pool, friendly staff, nice dogs, air-con, comfortable bed, hot shower, fridge, location. Close to centre but not in the middle of busy street
